Rescuing OSCAR

OSCAR is a life-size dummy used in water rescue training.

Crew members from the passenger vessel Star of Honolulu use a boat to “rescue” OSCAR during a man (person) overboard drill conducted in the water between Pier 7 and Pier 8 in Honolulu Harbor.
