No Entry
It seems a private yacht, Luna Blu, attempted to enter Honolulu Harbor* ahead of Young Brothers tug Kāpena Bob Purdy (IMO 9816880) with barge Brusco 401.
P & R Water Taxi’s crew boat Keoki had arrived in the harbor a few minutes earlier. She turned around to communicate with the yacht.

*Private (non-commercial) vessel traffic into Honolulu Harbor is restricted and is allowed in the harbor only after obtaining proper authorization. Large signs facing seaward at harbor entry points along the Main and Kalihi channels state that unscheduled vessels that wish to enter the harbor must first contact the United States Coast Guard and Aloha Tower harbor traffic control.
