Navigator Neptune (IMO 9177583) is an ethylene/LPG tanker that is part of Navigator Gas’ fleet of ships.
According to online reports, the ship was northwest of Hawai‘i on her way from Houston, Texas to Kaohsiung, Taiwan when she lost power due to an issue in her engine room.
