DSSV Pressure Drop is a research vessel owned by Caladan Oceanic LLC.
She was originally built for the United States Navy in 1985 and was operated by the Military Sealift Command (MSC) as USNS Indomitable (T-AGOS-7).
In 2002, the ship was transferred to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), where she was commissioned as NOAAS McArthur II (R 330). She was decommissioned in 2014 and was eventually purchased by Caladan Oceanic in 2017.
