Matson’s new Aloha Class ship, Kaimana Hila, arrived in Honolulu Harbor before dawn on Saturday, 27 April 2019.
Like her sister ship, Daniel K. Inouye, she was built at Philly Shipyard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Foss Maritime tugs Pi‘ilani and Mikioi assisted the ship to Pier 52. Captain Sinclair Brown (Pilot 18) of the Hawaii Pilots Association was the pilot.
