Ocean Dream

Ocean Dream is chartered by Peace Boat, a Japan-based non-profit organization that “works to promote peace, human rights, equal and sustainable development, and respect for the environment.”
According to the organization’s website, the ship sails around the world and functions as a “neutral, mobile space” that ”enables people to engage across borders in dialogue and mutual cooperation at sea, and in the ports” that the ship visits.
Edit: After being sold for scrap, Ocean Dream arrived at Alang, India at the end of December 2020. She was broken up at the beginning of 2021. (26 March 2021)
